How fast do I receive my purchase?
Digital products are delivered instantly to your client portal. Hosting and domain orders activate within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
How many times can I download my files?
Ten downloads per purchase within twelve months. If you need a reset, open a support ticket and we will refresh the counter.
Hosting 1
Do you offer hosting for the scripts?
Yes — managed hosting plans are available and come preconfigured for PHP applications, with SSL, backups and monitoring included.
Licensing 2
What licence do I get when I buy a script?
Standard licence covers one production installation for one project. Extended licence covers unlimited projects and resale. The licence is shown on every product page and again at checkout.
Can I get the source code?
Yes — every product ships with full, unencrypted source code plus installation documentation.
Payment 3
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, PayPal, and local methods: bKash, Nagad and direct bank transfer.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax is displayed as a separate line at checkout before you pay.
Which currencies can I pay in?
BDT is the base currency. You can switch to USD, EUR, INR or GBP using the currency selector — the conversion is applied at checkout.

How do you price a project?
We scope the work first, then give you a written fixed price before anything starts. For ongoing work we agree a monthly retainer with a stated number of hours. There are no surprise invoices — if the scope changes we quote the change before doing it.
How long does a typical build take?
A focused website or internal tool usually takes 4–8 weeks. A larger platform or migration runs 10–16 weeks. You get a milestone plan on day one and a working demo at the end of every two-week sprint, so progress is visible throughout.
Do we own the source code?
Yes. On completion you own the source code, the database and all documentation outright. We hand over repositories and credentials, and we are happy to work with your in-house team afterwards — nothing is locked to us.
What happens after launch?
Every engagement includes a 30-day warranty covering defects at no cost. After that you can continue on a support retainer for updates, monitoring and improvements, or take it in-house with the training and runbook we provide.
Can you work with our existing team?
Often that is the best setup. We can lead delivery, embed one of our engineers in your team, or take a defined slice of the work while your team handles the rest. We adapt to your tools, standups and release process.

Is support included after purchase?
Yes. Six months of technical support is included, covering installation, bugs and configuration questions. Extended support can be added.
Do you do customisation work?
We do. Book a consultation with your requirements and we will send a scope and fixed-price quote.
